Shipping

The following shipping and tax policies apply to domestic shipments only. Fiera can only be shipped within the United States at this time. Please check back often for updates on international availability. Orders shipped with standard shipping are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Items will be received within 5 business days from shipping.

Undelivered Packages

Your product will ship in a plain tan shipper box via USPS. Keep an eye out for a package shipped from Chicago with a return label from “Nuelle, Inc.”

We are unable to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. Please consider this when choosing your shipping address.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will automatically be charged on all merchandise shipped to California and Illinois addresses.

Returns

We love Fiera® and want you to love Fiera too. If you have any issue with your product please consult our FAQ and troubleshooting guide for answers to the most common questions. If you are still having a problem, please email customer support or phone us at 866-672-9665 so we may assist you.

Our Warranty is valid for customers who have purchased through Fiera.com or a Fiera® authorized retailer. Please note that Fiera is a personal care product and cannot be returned unless defective. All defective items must be returned within one year of receipt. (See Warranty Statement for details). If the product is found to be faulty, we will replace the product free of charge, or offer a refund.

Shipping charges will only be refunded in case of a defective product. Shipping costs are non-refundable if the product is found to be working (non-faulty).

To initiate a return for a defective product please email customer support to request authorization. Fiera® cannot be returned without prior authorization.

Due to the nature of the product and the unique variables in sexual response, Fiera® cannot guarantee enhancement results. We have extensively studied our product and Fiera is shown to deliver stated results for most women, but results may vary. We believe the product will be an enjoyable experience and hope you do too.
